Hedge & Roger Williams Halls – additions and renovations of two existing19th c. structures serving as student housing for reuse as academic buildings. Responsible for:

• managing abatement process
• organizing and coordinating project steering committee and sub-committees of owner’s representatives
• preparation of contracts
• Engaging and coordinating owner’s consultants including geotechnical engineering, peer review, and estimating
• Coordination with architect (JSA Architects)

280 College Street – construction of a new dormitory providing accommodations for 152 students. Responsible for:

• assist clerk and project manager with review of work in the field for compliance with documents
• review change order proposals and cost verification
• coordination with architect (Shepley Bullfinch)
